DIPIKA CHAVDA

Founder & Partner

Adv. Dipika Chavda is a distinguished lawyer with extensive experience in India and abroad. She holds degrees in BA Economics, LLB, and LLM, and has completed a specialized course in Temple Management. As an advocate and notary, she has served in notable roles, including being elected as a Municipal Councillor, where she chaired both the Law Committee and the Garden Committee. Adv. Chavda has also been appointed to several government committees, such as the Child Welfare Committee, and currently serves as Vice President of the International Council of Jurists. Known for her expertise in family law, her diverse academic background and significant legal experience make her a trusted and valuable member of our team. Adv. Chavda has closely worked with State and National governments, over the years. She is committed to justice and has a proven track record of delivering effective legal solutions to her clients.

Mitsu Chavda

Partner

Adv. Mitsu Chavda is an accomplished lawyer with an impressive educational background, holding a BA in English Literature, an LLB, and an LLM from the University of California, Davis, specializing in Immigration Law and Criminal Law and Policy. Before completing her LLM, she practiced law in India, where she developed expertise in International Family Law. She also holds a certificate in Sports Psychology. Although she came from a family with a legal background, her journey to success was entirely her own. She started as a paralegal, worked her way up to becoming a lawyer, and ultimately achieved the role of partner. Beyond her legal career, Adv. Mitsu Chavda is known for her philanthropic work and her remarkable solo bike ride across India, for which she was nominated for the Padma Shri, one of India's highest civilian honors. She has also received several notable awards, including an Honorary Doctorate in Humanities from California Public University, the Gaurav Gurjari Naar Award from the Gujarat Cultural Academy, and the Noble Asian Award from the World Record Foundation. Additionally, she was a speaker at the United Nations World Emerging Leaders Summit in Bangkok in 2022. With her extensive legal experience and commitment to social causes, Adv. Mitsu Chavda brings a unique and valued perspective to our team.

Rajendra Singh Suryavanshi

Senior Associate

Adv. Rajendra Singh Suryanvanshi holds a BA, MA, LLB, and a Diploma in Labour Law (DLL). Currently, he serves as a Government Advocate at the Madhya Pradesh High Court in Indore, where he represents the interests of the state in legal matters. Given his current role, he is no longer accepting personal cases, focusing entirely on his responsibilities as a government lawyer. Adv. Suryanvanshi's experience and extensive legal knowledge contribute significantly to his work with the government, demonstrating his expertise in a variety of legal domains. Member of the Supreme Court of India, he remains a respected figure in the legal community, with a career characterized by his dedication to public service and legal excellence.

With a background in law (LLB), he has earned a reputation for providing legal aid to those in need, demonstrating exceptional skill in document drafting. Premji Chavda

Premji Chavda spent nearly 30 years serving as a government officer in the Audit department, where he gained extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of government offices and their procedures. After his retirement, he chose to pursue a career in law as a way to continue engaging with the systems he knew so well. His unique background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of government processes, making him an invaluable resource for cases that require insight into governmental regulations and procedures. Sylvester Stephen

Adv. Sylvester Stephen studied law at Lincoln Law College and has a strong background in various legal disciplines. His expertise encompasses criminal appeals, including cases involving the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, as well as matrimonial disputes, taxation matters, and SARFAESI cases. Adv. Stephen's primary focus is on appellate cases within the High Court, where his legal skills and deep knowledge of appellate jurisprudence are invaluable. He also has extensive experience working in district courts and other legal forums in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients. At our firm, Adv. Stephen's comprehensive expertise and dedication to justice make him a key member of our legal team.
